Alliance for Paseo Park
exists to create a permanent linear park along 34th Avenue from 69th Street to Junction Boulevard in Jackson Heights, Queens.
Alliance for Paseo Park is a non-profit organization, formed by a group of Jackson Heights neighbors, to advocate for the ongoing structural improvement, environmental sustainability, accessibility, safety, and permanence of this vital public space.
We seek to ensure that Paseo Park remains a place for recreation, community building, and rest for generations to come, stitching together and enriching the diverse communities that live here.
By having a community-driven organization, working directly with city agencies, grassroots groups, and our neighbors, we can build a future that is safer, healthier, and more enjoyable.
Paseo Park aims to serve as a model of the positive impact that comes from returning street space to communities.
